Warhammer Unit Rating Calculator

"This program is there to help any Warhammer 40k board game players.
The program takes the statistical data about units in the board game.
Then uses that information to rate every statistic about the unit.
The program will then procced to rate the unit overall, and convey this information to the user.
This will help the user understand the strength and weakness of the unit and whether it is any good or not."
